Bill HalbertBill Halbert, a retired Air Force colonel who flew combat in three wars. Bill is one of the former military personnel who leads tours at the Historic Aviation Memorial Museum ("HAMM") on the grounds of Tyler Pounds Regional Airport in Tyler, Texas. The museum was created to teach about the history of aviation through the 20th century, and is located the former airline terminal.
